What People's Say About Place

What a great cafe! I tried the breakfast pizza-egg, bacon, potato & cheese- for me it was just alright, not much bacon. The mocha was beautiful and yummy- nice coffee flavor- not overbearing with chocolate- perfect and fancy!

Totally Gluten Free shop/kitchen! Everything we had, from omelettes to naked goods have been amazing. As busy as they are, the staff has always been pleasant and fast! Definitely our go-to whenever we are in town!

One of my favorite breakfast spots downtown. I don't have celiac or gluten intolerances so I typically don't go for GF foods since they usually are a little "off" compared to standard wheat based baked goods but wow these guys made me a big fan. Their breakfast pizzas, quiche and cinnamon rolls in particular are my favourites. They also make excellent coffees. Even if you don't usually like gluten free foods you should for sure check this place out!

I love this place! It’s hard to find a cafe that focuses on gluten-free food, and these guys really do it well. My favorite things to order are their broccoli cheddar quiche, avocado toast, lentil soup, and golden girl latte. I also ordered a custom carrot cake last year for a birthday and it was fantastic! Sometimes it’s hard to find a seat because they’re so busy, but I’m ok with that. If the weather is nice, the sidewalk seating outside is very enjoyable.

Found this gem today on a bike ride to St Pete. Perfect coffee stop. Also has a loaded bakery, juices and good looking menu. I only tried the coffee and juices today but will be back to try the rest.

Great breakfast and omelettes. We are on low carb so we get the side salad instead of potato. One recommendation would be eliminate the couch and add a bar to the wall for extra seating. Great gluten free too.

Hey GF crowd. This is your dedicated GF restaurant!! On a recent trip, I had three breakfasts and lunches there. The spinach leek hand held pie is to die for!!! Superb. The crust was so flaky. The filling delicious. I also tried the pancakes, quiche and an omelet. All delicious. The muffins are the best I have ever had. Tried the banana walnut and the coconut. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

A really wonderful cafe, not to be missed. Excellent coffee delicious pastries, and a lovely place to hang out. We weren't so impressed with the savouries we tried. The quinoa burger was by and large tasteless, apart from the accompanying roasted tomatoes which were tasty, and could easily be improved with the addition of herbs or spices, even some soy sauce perhaps. Similar with the egg and feta slice, which was bland, and needed more seasoning. Hopefully these suggestions will be taken on board, which, for the prices charged they should be. But well worth a visit for coffee and pastries.
